Jordaania Andima

Based in Windhoek, Namibia, Jordaania Andima is the Namibia Country Director for Footsteps for Africa. She first became acquainted with Footsteps for Africa as a reporter for a local newspaper covering Footsteps for Africa’s first initiative in Namibia in 2011, and she has assisted in or directed all further initiatives. 
Jordaania is Acting Director in the Department of Marketing and Communications and a lecturer at the Namibia University of Science and Technology (NUST). She specializes in photojournalism, community and multimedia journalism (Print and Online). Jordaania is a member fo the Namibia Book Fair (NBF), which is initiated by Yambeka Education Foundation, and supported by the Ministry of Education, Arts and Culture in Namibia.  NBF aims to help foster an appreciation of the diversity of Namibian literature and language through reading by developing a reading culture among children in Namibia communities. Her community engagement includes promoting access to free education, community libraries and housing for children in rural Namibia.
